Click the Register link on the top menu.

You will find three options to register.

If you are representing an Organization, Group or an Educational Institute choose the link 'Register as an Organization' which is absolutely free.

If you are a scrap dealer, scrap importer exporter or recycler and want to list your business for free you can choose Basic Membership. Your listings will have very low priority and you may have to login to the site everytime to view business leads and responses for your postings.

If you are a serious scrap dealer, scrap importer / exporter or recycler and want to list your business above everyone you can choose Premium Membership. Your company will be given top priority and you buy / sell Offers to Sell listings will be placed on top and highlighted with photos. You will receive business leads, enquiries and buyer/seller responses directly into your inbox saving your precious time.

Registration Process :

Step-1 : Company Profile

Company Name : Provide your Company Name starting with Capital letter and punctuation wherever needed. Please don't capitalize the entire company name.
Name : Your Name starting with Capital letter and punctuation wherever needed. Please don't capitalize the entire name. Also provide your designation if applicable. eg: Tim Dalton - Vice President.
Email Address : Single main email address which you check emails every day. Avoid Microsoft's mails like msn and hotmail which have very low capacity in some countries. This will ensure that you receive business alerts without fail.
Web Address : Your website address in the www.yourcompanyname.com format. Avoid using any extra fullstop or any other punctuation. Link will be established to the exact url you have typed in. Very Important : Don'' mention "Under Construction", none or n/a. If you don't have an active website leave the field blank.
About us/ Products : Provide as much info about your company, your products and services. This will encourage potential clients to do business with your company. Also this will avoid unwanted and irrelevant enquiries.

Select an username and password.

Click submit .

Step-2 : Select Items to SELL

You should be very selective and carefull while adding the Items to sell. If you do not wish to be listed in the Suppliers / Exporters directory please skip this page and proceed by submitting the button without selecting any items.

Note that your company will be placed in the respective suppliers/exporters directory according to the Items you choose. There are four categories General, Plastic, Paper and Rubber. Your company will belisted as a supplier for only the items you have selected. If you do not see any Item under the categories you can type in the Items at the text box found in each category. Please separate the Items by spaces and not commas.

The Unique and most Important service we offer is based on your selection. You will receive business leads from buyers to only the Items you have selected. To avoid any irrelevant leads please select only the Items you can supply. Also be careful that you don't miss out any Items.

The final part is whether you can export the materials or you can supply only in the local market. Select your option and you will receive business leads according to your Selection.(ie If you had selected International you will receive leads from International Buyers and Vice versa). If you are not interested in getting business leads then select "Don't send me Business leads"

Submit Registration, You will receive an e mail confirmation with your username and password. Save it for future reference.

Step-2 : Select Items to Buy

You should be very selective and carefull while adding the Items to buy. If you do not wish to be listed in the Buyers / Importers directory please skip this page and proceed by submitting the button without selecting any items..

Submit Registration, You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your username and validation password.
Important : Basic members should validate by clicking the URL link which you receive on your email. Only then you will be accepted as our member. However Premium Members don't have to validate since our support team will take care of it.

For Premium Members, You have to select the duration and mode of payment. Depending on your selection you will be directed to the payment gateways. ******Click Here for Payment Options****** . Once the Payment is successfull you will receive the confirmation message and other formalities from our support staff.

 

Click the Login link on the top menu. If you haven't Registered yet please register using the above instructions. Login using the Username and Password you had chose at the time of registration. You will be directed to the "MY RIM" control panel from where you can manage your listing and post offers to buy and sell scrap.

Click on the forgot password? link at the bottom of the page. Just enter your email id (used while registering) and your UserName and password will be automatically mailed into your inbox.

Login to your account.. 

Click the Sell Scrap Button on top. On the left menu click Post Sell Offer under selling tools. Also you can get to this page from "My RIM" by clicking the Post Sell Offer on the left menu.

Select the suitable main category of scrap and wait for the page to refresh. Select the subcategory.

If you don't find a match in the subcategory use the 'other' option and enter the type of scrap in the text box. 

Provide accurate  details with a detailed description, say Price, Payment conditions, Availability, Quantity etc

You can leave the Price field blank for "PRICE ON REQUEST" (POR)

Submit Form, You will be directed to the preview page with your contact details filled in automatically. If your contact details are different from which you have provided during registration, make the necessary changes. Once you are finished press submit. 

You can also upload a photo (only 1 image less than 100 kb) by clicking the browse button and selecting the image from your computer. Click upload image, and your offer to sell will be posted successfully with the photo. * There is no restriction on the size of the photo's for Premium members.

Yes We can upload your stock list and maintain it with the associated images. All you have to do is to email your stock every month to c.g.nadar@recycleinme.com with your username and password. We will take care of the rest. * This facility is available only for Premium Members

You will find a text search at the top of every page. Type in the search term and select where you would like to do the search. You can search through "Sell Offers", "Buy Offers", "Buyers" and "Sellers". You can browse the items by clicking the links on the left menu. Once you click an Item, say example ABS the default page will show the Sell offers in ABS. You can navigate Buy Offers , Suppliers , Buyers of ABS by selecting the related tabs found on top of the listings.

Login to your account. 

Click the Post Buy Offer on the left menu of "My RIM" section. Also you can get to this page by clicking the "Buy Scrap" Button on top and clicking the Post Buy Offer under selling tools found on the left menu.

Select the suitable main category of scrap and wait for the page to refresh. Select the subcategory.

If you don't find a match in the subcategory use the 'other' option and enter the type of scrap in the text box. 

Choose whether you would like to buy it only in the local market or from the international market..

Submit Form, You will be directed to the preview page with your contact details filled automatically. If your contact details are different from which you have provided during registration, make the necessary changes. Once you are finished press submit.

Depending upon your preference your 'Buy Offer' will be sent to the suppliers under the category of your 'Buy Offer'.

Your 'Buy Offer' will remain on the site which is searchable and displayed with all your contact details. * 'Buy Offer' will be periodically sent to the suppliers until the purchase is made.

All the enquiries and responses on your Buy Offer will be routed to your mailbox also available in 'my Seller Responses' in the My RIM section. All facilities are clearly indicated. Please use help-line service if you need any explanation.

* Only for Premium Members

You can contact Premium Members through the "contact me now link" at the right side of the listings and basic members through "send enquiry" link . Also you can contact the suppliers and buyers from the detailed page by clicking the Contact Seller/Buyer button respectively. Registered members need not to fill in their details again and again. All your information is filled automatically for registered members. However ordinary users have to fill all their details before submitting any request to the Supplier/Buyer. At recycleinme we have introduced the "inquiry basket" feature where you can contact multiple buyers and sellers at a time.

When you have an common Inquiry to 2 or more companies (*20 Max) you need not to contact the companies individually. Rather you can add them into the Inquiry Basket and send all the inquiries by submitting the Inquiry once. Our system will send the Inquiry to all the companies added in the Inquiry Basket. It works similar to a shopping cart.

You have to select the Offers/Companies for which you would like to send Inquiry and click the "Add to Inquiry Basket" button which adds the Offers/Companies. Once you are finished with adding you can send all your inquiries at one time. The Inquiry Basket link is available on top of all the pages with the number of Offers/Companies available in the basket at that time.

The Inquiry Basket will be available only on the particular session. ie All the items in Inquiry Basket will be flushed when you close the browser or leave the site. So please send your inquiries as soon as you finish adding the Offers/Inquiries.

Login to your account. Click the "my Profile" link at the left Menu.

Enter the new details in the text boxes wherever you would like to modify. Click "Update Profile'' and your profile will be updated with the modifications.

Login to your account. Click the "my Sell Offers" link at the left menu under "my Selling" which will display your ads to sell scrap.

You can view the offer to sell by clicking the title.

You can edit the offer to sell by clicking the EDIT button at the right of the title.

You can delete offer to sell by selecting the offer and pressing the DELETE button found on top and bottom of the listing. You can delete multiple sell offers by selecting the offers you wish to delete and pressing the DELETE button. If you want to delete all the offers you can use the "Select ALL" button to select all the offers and press "DELETE".

 

Login to your account. Click the "my Buyer Responses" link at the left menu under "my Selling" which will display buyer responses to your offers to sell.

You can view the buyer response by clicking the title.

You can delete the buyer response by selecting it and pressing the DELETE button found on top and bottom of the listing. You can delete multiple buyer responses by selecting them and pressing the DELETE button. If you want to delete all the responses you can use the "Select ALL" button to select all the responses and press "DELETE".

Login to your account. Click the "my Buy Offers" link at the left menu under "my Buying " which will display your ads to buy scrap.

You can view the offer to buy by clicking the title.

You can edit the offer to buy by clicking the EDIT button at the right of the title.

You can delete offer to buy by selecting the offer and pressing the DELETE button found on top and bottom of the listing. You can delete multiple buy offers by selecting the offers you wish to delete and pressing the DELETE button. If you want to delete all the offers you can use the "Select ALL" button to select all the offers and press "DELETE".

 

Login to your account. Click the "my Seller Responses" link at the left menu under "my Buying " which will display seller responses to your offers to buy.

You can view the seller response by clicking the title.

You can delete the seller response by selecting it and pressing the DELETE button found on top and bottom of the listing. You can delete multiple seller responses by selecting them and pressing the DELETE button. If you want to delete all the responses you can use the "Select ALL" button to select all the responses and press "DELETE".
