Payment Terms 100% T/T per detail procedure listed below
Procedure of FAS to San Juan Port, Puerto Rico::
1. Buyer provides a Purchase Order (or LOI) on their letter head
2. The seller arranges the yard visit at Buyer's request
3. The Buyer provides the container booking to the seller and makes the deposit of $1,000 per container
4. Seller arranges the trucks to pick up the container from the port or container depot.
5. Loading commences (presence of buyer's representative at the time of loading is highly recommended)
6. Once the loading completes, the seller provides the Weight Tickets + Commercial Invoice + Packaging List + Loading Pictures
7. Upon receipt of the documents, buyer wires the funds to the seller's bank account
8. Upon confirmation of the wire transfer, seller drops off the loaded, sealed containers to the port within the guidelines (like cut-off date, early release of the container, early drop-off dates to mitigate storage fee to the buyer etc) of shipping company
