We have done business with Wespack in 2008 and 2015. However I didn't found the difference in the quality of material till now. They have still quality issues as they discuss and show something else and deliver something else to you.. They claim to be very professional, but once your advance money is gone, their tone of talking to totally different. From my Latest Issue with Wespack: I have been in touch with Mr Richard for the deal. I got the quality as N3 and LDPE Black granules whereas the whole deal was of for LD N2 granules. When I raised the issue to Wespack, Mr Richard agreed that his labour mistakenly got loaded few tons Dull Natural quality and Black Material. He asked me to buy another container saying that we would get the amount adjusted for the same. He call himself ethical and professional. However i don't understand the way he wanted to do the business. If there was a mistake done for a particular container, he should have given me the refund back for that container More
